  Johnson & Johnson Co-Op Position (Internship): 



Candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with Financial Analysts, Managers, and Controllers and will benefit by gaining valuable experience in finance and accounting. Specific areas may include financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley, compliance, financial systems, cost accounting, etc. Specific responsibilities may include budget support, capital budgeting, financial consolidation, sales reporting and analysis, and/or ad-hoc projects.  Other common tasks include analysis of financial questions and problems (i.e. Regression and Trend Analysis), problem solving, active business partnering and developing innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes. Working in a finance group within the manufacturing plant environment is very dynamic and involves a significant amount of cross-functional interaction.
Likely candidates will have the following qualifications:



Finance or Accounting Major

3.0 minimum GPA

Strong computer skills

Team player

Good inter-personal skills



Co-Ops will be hired from June to December 2008. Co-Ops that have excelled will be considered for the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP).
