Where to get access to a computer on campus
Students in Economics 1 can go to Instructional Computing (IC), in Phelps
1513-1530. Phelps 1529 is the "Open Access Lab" where any student can go,
but there are only 30 computers here. Students can go to other labs
during "open hours," but only after they have obtained an "IC sticker."
To get an IC sticker, students should go to the Phelps courtyard next Thursday
or Friday (Jan. 14-15), or they can go the IC main office (Phelps 1521)
starting on Monday, Jan. 18. To get the IC sticker, the students
will need to show a syllabus or some other proof that they are registered
in Econ 1 this quarter. To find the schedule of open hours, students
can either call 893-8414 for a recorded listing, or they can check the
bulletin board just outside the IC main office in Phelps 1521. To
