Biography
Dan Szmurlo is a PhD Candidate at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests lie in the Economics of catastrophes, insurance, and adaptive responses to climate change. Prior to his time at UCSB, he attended Indiana University for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in Economics/Math and Geography.
