Biography
Oksana Leukhina is a Research Officer in the Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Professor Leukhina is also a member of the Human Capital and Economic Opportunity Global Working Group (Markets and Family Inequality Networks) at the Becker Friedman Institute for Research in Economics at the University of Chicago. She received her PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota. Her research interests primarily lie in Economic Growth, Human Capital Accumulation, Structural Change, and Labor and Demographics.
