Eunseo Kang is a PhD student in the Department of Economics at UC Santa Barbara. She graduated from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea with a BA and MA in Economics. She passed the PhD Qualification Exam with the Distinction in Microeconomics, and was awarded the outstanding undergraduate course TA award and the best second-year research paper award in the program.
Eunseo's research interests include Education Economics, Labor Economics along with Applied Econometrics. She is currently working on projects about the impact of international students on US higher education, and the impact of the elementary school entry cutoff date change in Korea on students’ academic achievement.
